Fastest way outside of office hours is via email, we will need to know the date and time (especially the return time), number of passengers, and pickup and destination details.

We do need a deposit but don’t “Pay Deposit” until we have confirmed availability.

We will provide minibuses  8 or 16 Seats for Nights Out, weddings, party’s and most other functions, including airport transfers.

Our pricing is the same for all the minibuses, because no matter how many seats in the minibus the drivers wage, fuel and other overheads are all the same.

We will provide quality vehicles for all evening & weekend work, all our fleet vehicles  are newer than average for this industry, most registered this year.

Clean Up Policy

If you or your party foul the vehicle, especially with bodily fluids!  Then there will be a minimum £30, Max £60 clean up fee.  This is because industrial cleaning equipment is used to clean the areas affected properly, and often the vehicle has to be taken out of service to do this, and that costs.

Deposits

We will request a deposit of £45 Debit or credit, alternatively we will accept cheque or cash to our office during working hours, at least 14 days prior to your trip, if you book before this deadline then we will hold the booking for 48hours.

Unfortunately this system has had to be adopted due to high volumes of last minute cancellations.

Late arrival compensation

Should we arrive more than 30 minutes late for any reason, then the driver will reduce you fare by £20, if however you are late by 30 minutes or more then a £15 per hour charge will be made, this is because our drivers are paid by the hour.
